The Jerome Hall Law Library has always strived to keep the history of the Maurer School of Law alive and accessible. Longtime library director Colleen Pauwels wrote several articles documenting Maurer history, including her 1992 profile of the school, Inferior to None. In 2017, the library archives contributed the photographs used to create a companion timeline to her article, and in 2019 emeritus library directors Keith Buckley and Linda Fariss published Indiana University Maurer School of Law: The First 175 Years.
This exhibit, broken into chronological galleries, compliments those written histories by highlighting just a few of the historic documents, photographs, and profiles contained in the library's Digital Repository.
